Biographical information:

Since school, I've been... college, being a mom.... writing in my spare time

My family: 1 daughter, almost 11 years old though we have a large collection of animals that generally make people question our normalcy (or lack thereof)

Life experiences: 1= becoming a mother 2 = medical mission trip to Peru and well of course being married to my high school sweetheart

My favorite things in school: the beach, hanging out with my friends, writing, listening to music ... you know normal teenager stuff

My favorite things now: karate with my daughter... hang out with my family and go sailing (even though the lake is not as much fun as the ocean, it still qualifies as sailing)

My favorite books, movies and music: movies are too varied, music = love emo and still a punk fan and still listen to all my old favorites books = the classics and I love John Grisham and some teen writers (Louis Sachar, etc.) b/c I read a lot of books before my daughter...Nick Hornby...varied as well I guess
